WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT FROM THE BOOK DOCTOR?
When Robyn reads a manuscript (novel, short story, non-fiction book, article, poem, college thesis) she line-edits each page for grammar, sentence structure, redundant phrases, proper format, etc. Rewriting and revision samples are offered directly on the page and she also includes a typed critique regarding content, flow, dialogue, characterization, style, etc...based on a commercially marketable perspective.
Robyn also specializes in query letters, cover letters, and synopses.

or money order in the amount of $5.00 per page (Double spaced, courier font,
12 point) along with return postage and envelope.
To get a feel for her editing style and the benefit it would be for their work, many of Robyn's clients have chosen the TRIAL process by sending several pages and a check to cover that many pages at $5.00 per page. She welcomes this option and is also willing to read work stretched out over a few weeks to make it easier on tight budgets. Usual turnaround on complete novels is two weeks, and for a few chapters, short stories and articles less than one week.
